In 1841 the family resided at White Row, Headingley, Leeds then in 1851 at Headingley cum Burley, Kirkstall, Leeds and in 1861 at Park View,Headingley.

In 1871 she was a widow living at Doncaster Road, , Conisbrough. She lived with her son Walter in 1881 at 2, Portland Terrace, Balby cum Hexthorpe where she died shortly after in Doncaster district.

Elizabeth was baptised at All Saints Church, Darton on 5th September 1824. She had two children before marrying William Mallison in 1840, in the district of Rotherham, and eight children after so although he probably is not the father of the first two he will have raised them as his own so I will include them all as his until we can be certain of the real father. The ten children are Mary Ann DANFORTH, Isabella DANFORTH, Elizabeth, Samuel, Ellen, Sarah, Emma, Edwin, William & Lucy. The family resided at Stubbin, Hoyland in 1841, at Elsecar in 1851 and at Water Lane, Hoyland in 1861. In 1881 she was a widow living in Elsecar with her son Edwin. Elizabeth died on 15th November 1889 at Stubbin, Hoyland.

She was living with her children at Crystal Place, Primrose Hill, Wakefield in 1861 but by 1871 the family were once again together and resided at Market Place, Dewsbury, Yorkshire.

John married Hannah May at Ecclesfield on 24th May 1833 and had eleven children, Mary, Sarah Jane, William, Elizabeth, Daniel, Ann, Martha, Emma, Fanny, Esther & Rosanna. In 1851 the family resided at  Jump, Wombwell, Barnsley but by 1861 they were at Dick Croft, Hoyland Nether and in Hoyland Village in 1871. From December 1833 to November 1835 he was a Labourer but between June 1838 and June 1865 he was an Iron Furnace Man. In the 1861 Census he was listed as a Mill Furnace Heater, a Labourer in 1871 and his occupation in 1881 was listed as a Farm Labourer (Ag Lab) for farmer Richardson (niece Rosanna Danforth's husband). John died in 1877 in Hoyland and was buried on 3rd August 1877 at St Peter Church, Hoyland.

They had seven children, Thomas, Mary Ann, George, Elizabeth, William, Alfred & Betsy. He was a Blacksmith by trade from at least 1851 but in 1861 was an Engine Tenter at a Saw Mill. In 1851 the family resided at Brought Square, Masbrough, at 10, Masbrough, Kimberworth and at 5, Square Yard, Kimberworth in 1871 then in 1881 at 2 College Road, Kimberworth. In 1871 he was an unemployed Labourer. Joseph died in 1881 in Wentworth, Rotherham.

Matilda married (1) Joseph Armitage on 19th July 1847 at Cawthorne Parish Church and had eleven children, John Danforth, John William, George, Edwin, Mary Ann, Joshua, Henry, Esther, Joseph, Charles Edward & Matilda. In 1861, 1871 & 1881 the family resided at Needful Cottages, Dodworth, Silver Street, Dodworth and at Stead Lane, Hoyland respectively. Matilda married (2) Stewart Bates at St Peter Church, Hoyland on 3rd July 1883. In 1901 Matilda, now a widow for the second time lived at Halfpenny Lane, Pontefract with her children. Matilda died in 1906 in the district of Barnsley.
