Eliza married (1) Jonathan Worsley, b 1831, Wooldale. A Plasterer between 1861 & 1871. He died in 1884. They had five children, Arthur, b 1862, Thurlstone, (He married Emma Atkin, b 1873, Derby. They had daughters Edith Annie, b 1896, Thurlstone and Amy, b 1898, Thurlstone), Elizabeth, b 1864, Thurlstone but died soon after birth, Tommy, b 1869, Thurlstone and John Willie, b 1872, Thurlstone, d 1905,  Occupation Labourer. They also resided with her mother when first married at Low Bottom, Thurlstone but in 1871 resided at Bank, Thurlstone.She then married (2) Benjamin Silverwood on 22nd June 1891 at Thurlstone. They resided at Stocksbridge in 1901. Eliza died on 17th January 1904 at Stocksbridge.

She died in 1903 in the district of Barnsley.

They had two children, George, born 1st June 1843, Hoyland, He died in 1855 and on 3rd September 1855 was buried at Holy Trinity Church, Elsecar. Also Jane, born 12th November 1837. In 1840 he married Elizabeth Danforth, in the district of Rotherham, who already had two children. Although he will probably not be the real father of them he most certainly will have raised them as his own so will list as his for now. There are ten children in all, Mary Ann DANFORTH, Isabella DANFORTH, Elizabeth, Samuel, Ellen, Sarah, Emma, Edwin, William & Lucy. The family resided at Stubbin, Hoyland in 1841, at Elsecar in 1851 and at Water Lane, Hoyland in 1861. He was a Blacksmith Engine Fitter between these times. William died on 12th May 1873 at Stubbin, Hoyland and on 15th May 1873 was buried at Elsecar.

In 1851 he and his wife lived with her parents at the Hamlet of Pilley in Tankersley then the family lived in Hoyland Nether until 1902. He was a Miner by Trade. William died in 1902 in the district of Barnsley.

The family resided at Longley Side Gate, Tankersley in 1851, at Side Gate, Elsecar Lane, Tankersley in 1861, at Scholes, Kimberworth, Rotherham between 1871 and 1881 and in 1891 at 1, Havelock Street, Barnsley. Maria died on 1st September 1895 in Barnsley and was buried on 4th September 1895.

He married (2) Hannah Hammerton on 14th August 1853 at St Mary Church, Worsbrough. They had four children, Elizabeth, Catherine, William Henry & Mary Ann. In 1861 the family resided at Wombwell Main, Barnsley, in 1871 at 94, Cottage, Wombwell, Barnsley, in 1881 at 94, Wombwell Main, Wombwell, Barnsley and in 1891 at 36, Wombwell Main, Wombwell, Barnsley. He was a Colliery Labourer in 1861, a Labourer in 1871,  Hanger on at Pit Bottom in 1881 and a Coal Miner in 1891. Richard died in 1899 in the district of Barnsley.
