Edwin married and used to beat his first wife up she left him and took the two children, never to be heard of again. Then he came back from Germany after the second world war, married to Elfrida. She was Jewish and had come from the Camps, saving her life because she could speak lots of languages. She had a daughter called Dorathea. Elfrida claimed that she had been raped by Russian soldiers, Elfrida committed suicide after the War, possibly in the 1950's by putting her head in a gas oven. She was pretty with dark, long hair and was described as a nice lady. Edwin died in 1990 in Berlin, Germany.
