He married Edith Hammerton in 1890 in Sheffield and had at least thirteen children, Frank James, Mary Edith, Leah Sanderson, Herbert Sanderson, Harry Sanderson, Albert Sanderson, Harriet Sanderson, Ruth Sanderson, Alice Sanderson, Walter Sanderson, William Sanderson, Lauretta Sanderson & John A Sanderson. In 1891 the family resided with her father at 3 Court 20, Greystock Street, Brightside Bierlow but in 1901 resided at 44 Court 16, Rybank, Brightside Bierlow and in 1911 at 4 Ct 4, Lovell Street, East Brightside, Sheffield. Noah was a Carter in 1891, a Pit Labourer in 1901 and a Coke Drawer in 1911. He died in 1950 in Sheffield.
