Alice married Thomas Scrivens in 1912 in Birmingham, Warwickshire. In 1939 they resided at 888, Winbourne Road, Bournemouth, Hampshire. Alice died in 1968 in Brosmgrove, Worcestershire.

In 1911 they were both living at 25, John Edward Street, Barnsley and stated that they had been married for one year but in reality didn't marry for another 2 years. Between 1939 & 1950 the family resided at 75, Harold Avenue, Lundwood, Barnsley. Elma died in 1950 at 75, Harold Avenue, Lundwood and was buried on 29th March 1950 at Barnsley Cemetery.
